What to expect if you order from us
Our products are handmade specially for you, so please allow up to 7 business days for product to be shipped.
Once your order is shipped, you will get the tracking code to recieve updates on shipment. Usually, the shipment takes 4-15 business days. If you haven't recieved the order after the expected time, please reach out to support@merchbrandy.com
Given the nature of our products being made upon order, we do not offer returns and exchanges unless there's a genuine issue with the product you've received.
Eligible Reasons for a Return:
- Damaged or defective product.
- Wrong item received (e.g., wrong size, design, or color).
- Print quality issues.
If you encounter any of the above issues, please contact us within [X days, e.g., "20 days"] of receiving your order, and we'll work to make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Process for Returns Due to Eligible Reasons:
- Contact us at support@Merchbrandy.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence.
- Once we review and approve the return request, we'll provide instructions on how to proceed.
- After receiving the returned product, we'll inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
